I loved the version I bought but this computer has no disc drive to install it with. Really ticks me off that I can't find anywhere to get my full version downloaded since I already bought the software. Some support of their products shouldn't have to be this hard to find or to get some response from them considering an easy download would remedy this matter. Should not have to buy an external drive just for this one program. smh Sad

I have been trying to contact customer service re: Purchase of Photoshop 6,
I have received two (2) no-response confirmations of my attempts. After more than one week I have received no contact from ArcSoft.
Please respond with step by step "how to activate" this software.
